Drunken moose ends up in apple tree

This phenomenon of drunken moose actually exists, I thought it was just cute cartoon material.

Read the actual article too, CNN writers have gotten a bit cheeky lol

intoxicated spirit: What can you do to help Somalia and the food crisis in East Africa?

intoxicatedspirit:

United Nations says 3.7 million people “now in crisis” and more than 10 million affected by worst drought in decades.

UN official Mark Bowden said malnutrition rates in Somalia were among the highest in the world, and that they would dangerously spread in the coming months.

If you get a chance to watch “Midnight in Paris” do it! It’s such a funny movie and a great romantic comedy with the most unexpected characters, plot and story. The trailer doesn’t portray much of the movie and the plot is left as a surprise until you watch the movie. I personally loved it and fell even more in love with Paris.

Arabia Loving

I opened the door today here in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to an inch of sand (the fine sand that makes sand dunes) outside of my house. I sometimes forget that I live in the middle of a dessert. Some complain that the weather is too hot here but I love it, especially after living through the winter of mid-west America.

Too Nostalgic

My whole family and I hoard everything. Everyone, including my aunts, my mother and brother and I hoard everything from old t-shirts to 18 year-old stuffed animals. I think it’s our way of preserving memories. I just threw away the manual to assembling my first ever bike, one of those arts and crafts pasta frames you make in KG-1, and yet I can’t get myself to part with a Disney ball cap (adorned with the symbols peace, love, and the outline of mickey mouse) that I used to religiously wear out everyday. I’ve been avoiding throwing these things away for a week and a half after having finally decided that I should get rid of them. Because that would make the fact that we’ve all moved on official.
